SmartDeploy Enterprise Support Benefits

Overview:

Prowess offers support for SmartDeploy Enterprise to help customers get the most value possible from their software purchase.

As part of the support, minor version product updates are included at no cost. Customers are encouraged to subscribe to our RSS feed to be notified of new versions. All support contracts include access to online technical resources to help with training, readiness, and troubleshooting.

Licensing can be purchased for 1, 2, or 3 year period from the original date of purchase. Support can be purchased with software licenses or separately at an increased rate.

For support, each license of SmartDeploy Enterprise must have a corresponding contract. Organizations with multiple SmartDeploy Enterprise licenses are required to appoint a limited number of administrator(s) for support correspondence.
