SmartDeploy provides customers a high-touch, premium support experience not typically found with IT solutions. Our world-class, highly experienced team is US-based, easily accessible, and extremely responsive.
Three Support Levels
SmartDeploy support is offered at three levels to best suit your needs. Custom training and consulting services are also available at an hourly rate.
*New Tier 1 Platform Pack creation is included for supported customers. Tier 1 Platform Packs are Windows-certified business class hardware and virtualization platforms manufactured by Acer, Citrix, Dell, Fujitsu, Gateway, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft, Panasonic, Parallels, Sony, Sun, Toshiba, or VMware
**Creation of Tier 2 Platform Packs will be billed at the appropriate training and consulting rate. Additional fees may apply to consumer-grade or whitebox devices.
Support to Fit your Needs
We realize that Windows deployment isn’t easy and we’ve designed our software to fix that. But we also know that each customer’s environment and infrastructure is different. We’re here to help ensure that SmartDeploy is implemented in your environment properly. SmartDeploy is extremely versatile and flexible software and our dedicated team of support engineers will help provide best-practices and helpful tips to help ensure your success.
When you purchase SmartDeploy, a minimum of one year of support services must also be included with your order. Since licensing is perpetual, you simply renew support on subsequent years. Keeping support current allows customers free upgrades to any major and minor version of the product, access to the Platform Pack library, Platform Pack creation assistance, and email/phone access to the team.
